Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on quantum-integrated AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through strategic stakeholder partnerships
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Curate quarterly innovation symposia with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Mentor C-suite executives on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough products by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching products generating $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or biocompatible interfaces
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Published author in Nature or Science journals (last 5 years)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German required
- Validated experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Portfolio of 5+ patents or industry-changing innovations
