Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to office staff via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, including printer problems and login errors.
- Log and track all support tickets in our help desk system accurately.
- Assist in setting up new hardware, such as laptops and monitors, for incoming employees.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional IT workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels for office supplies and basic IT components.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT Manager to implement new software solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong desire to learn about computers and technology.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications is a plus.
