Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and track all support tickets using our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with user onboarding processes, including account setup and software installation.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical users in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete technical certifications.
