Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Support: Assist employees with technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support desk.
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve common problems related to laptops, printers, Wi-Fi connectivity, and operating systems.
- Manage User Accounts: Assist with password resets, account provisioning, and security access requests.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Asset Management: Assist in the setup, configuration, and inventory tracking of new employee devices.
- Customer Service: Deliver a high level of professionalism and patience when assisting non-technical users.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We provide full training; we just need your eagerness to learn.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating operating systems (Windows or macOS) and web browsers.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to logically troubleshoot issues and think on your feet.
- Excellent Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff.
