Responsibilities
- Assist office staff with hardware and software troubleshooting (printers, laptops, and basic network issues).
- Log and manage support tickets in our ticketing system efficiently.
- Set up new employee workstations, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Maintain the IT department workspace, ensuring all equipment is organized and clean.
- Monitor inventory levels of IT supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Provide friendly, patient, and professional customer service to all internal users.
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older and currently enrolled in high school or college.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong desire to learn about technology and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient demeanor when assisting non-technical users.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore office.
