Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Lead the research and analysis of global technology trends, specifically focusing on the convergence of AI and human-centric workflows leading up to 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Design and implement long-term strategic plans that align Horizon Tech Labs' operational capabilities with anticipated technological shifts.
- Innovation Integration: Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to pilot and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., autonomous agents, predictive analytics) into our workforce infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex future-state visions to C-suite executives and department heads, ensuring buy-in and strategic alignment.
- Change Management: Develop frameworks for organizational agility, ensuring the company remains adaptable in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Futurism within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into compelling business narratives.
