Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Infrastructure: Design and implement a high-availability, low-latency system architecture aligned with the company's 2026 strategic milestones.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Scalability Strategy: Oversee the migration to microservices and serverless architectures to support exponential user growth.
- Security & Compliance: Lead the implementation of enterprise-grade security protocols, ensuring data sovereignty and integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze cloud resource usage to optimize operational expenditure without compromising performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java; proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/GCP.
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated ability to plan for and implement futuristic technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Quantum-ready protocols).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of designing systems that scale from startup to enterprise.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
