Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026-2030 Technology Roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and product managers.
- Identify high-potential emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, etc.) for acquisition or development.
- Present strategic vision and quarterly milestones to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, experimentation, and risk-taking.
- Collaborate with external partners and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Tech Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading major digital transformations and scaling products.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Computing architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
