Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate complex research into production-ready systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI deployment, focusing on security and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with product leadership to align technical solutions with business goals and long-term vision.
- Drive innovation in predictive modeling and autonomous agent technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, system architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
