- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with strategic growth
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or blockchain systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Experience with venture capital partnerships and startup incubation
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Fluency in English with exceptional presentation skills
