Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures optimized for real-time inference.
- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) milestones by 2026.
- Optimize Compute Efficiency: Develop strategies to reduce computational overhead and energy consumption in training and deployment cycles.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage across all product lines.
- Collaborate with Quantum Researchers: Integrate classical AI with quantum computing paradigms to solve complex optimization problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps pipelines (Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow).
- Algorithm Proficiency: Proven track record in designing novel neural network architectures and optimizing transformer models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to translate theoretical research into production-grade, high-performance software solutions.
