Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Design MLOps pipelines that reduce latency and optimize resource utilization across cloud environments.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and compliant with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
