Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for next-generation AI models, focusing on scalability and ethical AI implementation.
- Generative AI Development: Lead the development of large-scale generative models, optimizing for inference speed and creative output quality.
- System Optimization: Design high-throughput, low-latency pipelines for real-time data processing and model training.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Prototyping: Explore emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and prototype viable solutions for product integration.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray).
- Modeling: Deep expertise in Deep Learning architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Cloud Native: Strong experience deploying and managing models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
