Core Responsibilities:
As our Lead AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable neural architectures and overseeing the deployment of our autonomous agent ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation neural network architectures optimized for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Lead the R&D strategy for autonomous decision-making systems aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical standards for the engineering department.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous optimization of AI inference pipelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
