Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Architect the long-term strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing against emerging technologies.
- Lead Model Architecture: Design and implement complex neural network architectures and large language model (LLM) pipelines with a focus on performance optimization and low-latency inference.
- Cloud Infrastructure Strategy: Oversee the deployment of AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), implementing serverless and edge computing strategies for real-time processing.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI & Governance: Implement frameworks for bias mitigation, data privacy, and responsible AI deployment in compliance with industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP services, specifically AI/ML containers (SageMaker, Vertex AI).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve unstructured problems and architect systems for high-volume, high-concurrency environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to launch.
