Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure and pipelines.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Oversee the integration of emerging AI technologies into our core product suite.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
