- Neural Network Design: Lead the research and implementation of next-generation deep learning models and transformer architectures.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate AI systems with legacy infrastructure, optimizing data pipelines for real-time processing.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, CTOs, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- R&D Oversight: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 technology landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex projects.
