Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure using Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native technologies.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business goals and market trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for code quality, security, and compliance within the AI development lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role specifically within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of NLP and Computer Vision architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience deploying AI models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and drive architectural decisions.
