Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for autonomous agents and generative AI models.
- Lead the R&D strategy for 2026-era technologies, including synthetic data pipelines and edge AI optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for ethical AI and machine learning operations (MLOps).

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of transformer models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multimodal AI systems.
