Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructures capable of handling high-volume data streams in real-time.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives focusing on Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and bias mitigation protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric product features.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency in cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role designing complex AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying LLMs and NLP pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of successfully delivering high-impact AI projects from concept to production.
