- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead strategic workshops mapping emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech) to market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready future scenario briefs with risk/reward assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-focused prototypes and pilot programs
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Drive innovation pipeline prioritization based on 2026 market projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and risk mitigation capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy (whitepapers, journals)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major tech trend predictions with validated outcomes
