Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying large-scale transformer models in production environments.
- Oversee model optimization, training pipelines, and hardware acceleration strategies.
- Mentor a diverse team of AI engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate relevant technologies.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and high-performance computing clusters.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
