Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Lead a cross-functional team of 8+ engineers in full-cycle development from prototype to production
- Optimize neural networks for quantum computing environments achieving 99.9% accuracy thresholds
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with emerging regulatory standards
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping using cutting-edge tools like TensorFlow Quantum and Qiskit
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms
- Present breakthrough findings at international tech conferences and publish research papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Rigetti) and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale (>10M users)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent with quantum computing specialization
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Nature Physics, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and CI/CD for complex AI systems
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
