As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will bridge the gap between research and production, ensuring our AI systems are robust, efficient, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI solutions using Python, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Lead the design and deployment of Agentic AI workflows focused on the 2026 strategic vision.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to integrate innovative features into our core product suite.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or Generative AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
