Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience deploying models to production using Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
