Responsibilities

- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to define technical standards for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Oversee the implementation of predictive algorithms that anticipate market shifts and user behaviors with unprecedented accuracy.
- Establish robust governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with quantum computing research units to develop hybrid systems that leverage the strengths of both classical and quantum computing.
- Drive innovation in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision to create immersive, human-centric user interfaces.
- Provide strategic technical leadership in high-stakes negotiations with enterprise clients and venture partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, specifically within AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects with budgets exceeding $5M and teams of 20+ engineers.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
