Responsibilities
- Design and architect hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex computational problems.
- Lead the research and implementation of neural interface protocols for human-computer interaction.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI systems, ensuring scalability and longevity for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with data scientists and hardware engineers to optimize system performance.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical leads within the R&D division.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
