Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and development of our long-term AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with company vision.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI architectures that can handle enterprise-scale data and processing needs.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research into emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate next-gen AI capabilities into our core products.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical strategies that drive business growth and market differentiation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems with innovative solutions.
