Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning with executive strategic goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in researching and implementing breakthrough technologies.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech integration (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing).
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure technical feasibility and innovation in product roadmaps.
- Conduct risk assessments and technical feasibility studies for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and cloud-native design patterns.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and future-proofing legacy systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
