Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level architectural blueprints for the 2026 Vision Systems platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive project milestones and deliverables.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability across the organization.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and technical architecture assessments to identify risks and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative architectural improvements.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of machine learning infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
