Responsibilities

- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance under high load.
- Drive technical decision-making and evaluate emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and data architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
