Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- System Optimization: Overhaul legacy systems and deploy next-gen cloud-native architectures to reduce latency and improve computational throughput.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists to translate theoretical models into robust, production-ready software solutions.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor system metrics and implement optimizations to handle exponential data growth.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role.
- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Infrastructure: Proven track record of building and scaling large-scale machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex, multi-layered system failures and devise resilient solutions.
