Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision across AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for next-gen technologies
- Design innovation roadmaps with 5-year horizon planning
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists
- Drive partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation (Big4 or FAANG preferred)
- Proven track record in exponential technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or Engineering (PhD/MBA a plus)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Fluency in Python, R, or similar for data-driven strategy
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Clearance for government-level secure innovation projects
