Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into our production pipeline.
- Define and enforce best practices for software development, code quality, and technical documentation.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers to foster professional growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize features and resolve complex technical blockers.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and optimize systems to handle increased traffic and data loads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
