Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap aligned with our strategic goals for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed system architectures that can handle next-generation workloads.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) into our core stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous technical growth.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance across all platforms.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience or strong research interest in AI integration, neural networks, or futuristic computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
