Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance, scalable systems capable of supporting exponential data growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including advanced neural networks and edge computing protocols.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Define and enforce architectural standards to ensure system integrity, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product management to define technical feasibility and roadmap priorities.
- Conduct deep-dive technical investigations and proof-of-concepts for breakthrough technologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
