Qualifications

- Proven track record of developing commercialized AI/quantum technologies
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants
- Deep understanding of neuro-ethical frameworks and sustainable AI development
- Certification in Advanced Technology Forecasting (ATF) preferred
