Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or disruptive technology (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience leading $50M+ innovation portfolios with global stakeholder management
