- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations at global futurism conferences
- Oversee a $50M R&D budget for next-generation prototype development
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists, engineers, and design researchers
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technology adoption
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience securing government innovation grants and corporate partnerships
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and trend analysis software
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global stakeholder engagement
