Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify emerging tech disruptions (quantum, bio-AI, neural interfaces)
- Architect adaptive business models for volatile future markets
- Present strategic white papers to C-suite and board members with 90%+ adoption rate
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab on annual 'Future State' symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro software and proprietary TrendSight AI
