Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework across all business units
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry influence
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototype development of future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking 2026 strategic milestones and innovation ROI
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
