Responsibilities
- Scan global horizon for disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and publish forward-looking trend reports and strategic foresight frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
