- Deliver quarterly future impact briefings to the Board and executive leadership team
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for collaborative research
- Design and implement AI-powered trend forecasting systems with 85%+ predictive accuracy
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and innovation specialists through structured development programs
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers published in leading industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences globally
- Published author in foresight journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Pro, Scenariio)
