Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform strategic planning for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and implement scenario planning frameworks for high-impact business decisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership content positioning the company as a future-shaping authority
- Oversee the creation of annual 'Future State' reports for key industry verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, MBA, or equivalent field
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications or platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or similar institution)
