- Present trend briefings to executive stakeholders and external industry forums
- Build proprietary foresight tools using AI, data modeling, and scenario planning
- Oversee competitive intelligence and disruptor identification programs
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon as a future-focused leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or relevant field
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published future outlooks or impact foresight projects
