Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Lab's strategic foresight program, including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning.
- Develop predictive models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their market implications.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development, marketing strategy, and operational planning.
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors.
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable business intelligence.
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring teams in adaptive thinking and future-ready methodologies.
- Oversee the development of proprietary frameworks for measuring organizational future-readiness.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience.
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar market opportunities.
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic analysis methodologies.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders through compelling narratives.
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech) and their societal impacts.
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent professional designation.
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analyses with demonstrable business impact.
