Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable generative AI architectures and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Model Development: Lead the research, training, and fine-tuning of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Strategic Guidance: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI integration within the company's core products.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to ensure seamless deployment.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and data privacy in all models.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years specializing in AI/ML and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Deep understanding of NLP, transformers, and generative models.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, drive projects from conception to production, and mentor junior staff.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
