Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Neural Networks: Design and implement novel quantum algorithms capable of solving complex optimization problems currently unsolvable by classical computers.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum processors with classical AI infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and error correction.
- Research Leadership: Lead a high-performance research team in exploring qubit stability and coherence time improvements.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our quantum AI initiatives, aligning them with industry trends and business goals.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate theoretical concepts before scaling to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years specifically working with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Deep understanding of linear algebra and probability theory.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
