Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on high-resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately enter customer data and maintain detailed records within our CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service metrics.
- Adhere to all company policies and call scripts to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable internet connection and computer (if working remotely).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
