Your Role
As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound communications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience during our peak operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and patience.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently using our CRM software.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update account information in the database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
